Cancellation Policies – KE-9 Waterfalls & Surf
At KE-9 Waterfalls & Surf, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Therefore, we have established the following policies to provide clarity and fairness for both our customers and our operations.
1. Cancellation by the customer

More than 48 hours before the tour or class:
100% refund of the amount paid. -
Less than 48 hours before or no-show:
No refund applies.
2. Date Changes

Date changes are allowed free of charge if requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Changes less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to evaluation and possible additional charges.
3. Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions

In case of extreme or unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, river flooding, thunderstorms), KE-9 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the activity.

In these cases, the customer may choose to:

Reschedule at no cost, or
-
Receive a full refund

4. Cancellation by KE-9

If KE-9 cancels the activity due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons, the following will be offered:

Rescheduling at no cost, or
-
Full refund.

5. Late Arrivals
-
It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Late arrivals that affect the tour’s logistics may be considered a no-show with no right to a refund.
6. Deposits and Reservations
-
A deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
-
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the activity, as agreed.
